Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Create an advanced find/replace operation using an in-template call (e.g.: Template:Infobox government agency)
• Create a subrule of the first step that makes a modification one would expect to occur in the template
• Load a page that has a redirect of the aforementioned template that AWB fixes, even something as simple as capitalization ("Template:Infobox Government agency" -> "Template:Infobox government agency")

What happens?:
The in-template call does not catch the template name, whether the before name or after name are included as valid templates in the in-template call list.

What should have happened instead?:
The in-template call should have caught the template and performed the subrules on the wikitext.
