Background

As part of the Wikipedia 25 celebrations we'll be creating a microsite to showcase 25 years of Wikipedia. This parent task encompasses all the development work related to the microsite.

Acceptance criteria

A fully functional microsite that can viewed on a testing URL has been created.
The micro-site meets the design specification
The microsite is available in a git repository on GitLab
