Create the UI scaffolding of item editing on mobile for wbentityID datatypes (Wikibase item (wikibase entity ID), Wikibase property (wikibase entity ID), Lexeme (wikibase entity ID), Form (wikibase entity ID), Sense (wikibase entity ID)

- Clicking the edit button opens the edit statements screen for datatypes Wikibase item (wikibase entity ID), Wikibase property (wikibase entity ID), Lexeme (wikibase entity ID), Form (wikibase entity ID), Sense (wikibase entity ID)
- Optional: The datatypes are read only (existing properties are displayed (but cannot be edited, i.e. the publish button remains inactive)) – only if this makes the implementation easier
- Existing data for the datatype is displayed in the edit form (i.e. references, qualifiers)
- header/foot of edit page and updates to display the new datatypes
- layout of the page matches the figma files linked below
- testing of the ranking should not be broken
Note: this is for the first pass, so real data should be used but it does not need to save
