Description

Create the UI scaffolding of item editing on mobile for references of wbentityID datatypes (Wikibase item (wikibase entity ID), Wikibase property (wikibase entity ID), Lexeme (wikibase entity ID), Form (wikibase entity ID), Sense (wikibase entity ID)

Once in the edit form, clicking the 'add qualifier' button opens the property suggester
Custom value can be changed
remove button functions
Design matches figma file (but does not need to be pixel perfect)
