We performed the analysis of external identifiers in Wikidata that have a SPARQL endpoint associated with them and discovered several candidates for the WD Allowlist (all already approved by @Lydia_Pintscher). This ticket nominates one of the discovered endpoints.
Linked Open Data Taiwan Library provides human readable and machine access to broadly used controlled vocabularies and ontologies between libraries in Taiwan including "List of Chinese Subject Terms", "New Classification Scheme For Chinese Libraries Tables", and Chinese Names and Title Authorities.
