Description

This task tracks Research team survey support to staff and community members, as well as standard tool maintenance for Q2 of FY25-26.

Some anticipated maintenance tasks this quarter are:

  • LimeSurvey subscription annual renewal
  • Continue to provide Research team input to QuickSurvey updates
  • Continue support in Qualtrics transition with @Bethany

  • CentralNotice: Survey materials reviewed for University of Zurich researchers last week (noted in T400691), the remaining decisions are up to CN admins :)
  • Up next: start the LimeSurvey renewal process for November renewal

  • Provided feedback to annual Committee Support survey in December -- it launched in early January :)
  • Closing this task as Q2 is complete; @YLiou_WMF will be leading the Q3 task!
