We don't know the situation of all the projects. For every 'wikimedia-site-requests' related change the policy explicitly asks for an onwiki discussion, with exception for private wikis or trivial changes. Since no other users are active atm, you can just add a notify on the village pump, and then we proceed with the task, thanks!
