We are renaming Experimentation Lab/Experiment Platform, and need to do so in _many_ places. We've undergone some incomplete naming in the past T381285: Create work plan for renaming of Metrics Platform to Experimentation Lab T391892: [Epic] Rename "Metrics Platform" to "Experimentation Lab" across all code and documentation and want to make sure we get it all this time. As @Milimetric noted, prior indecision about a top level name cascades into the developer experience: "The fact that we have all of these different names doesn’t make the use or adoption very easy"

This epic will contain subtasks for renaming across the platform, pages, documentation, and everywhere else prior names were written.

The team remains the Experiment Platform Team.
The product itself will be Test Kitchen -- it is the set of tools that product teams use to run A/B tests and track changes in product health.

Acceptance Criteria

• All repositories, code, and references successfully renamed
• All functionality preserved with no regressions
• Documentation fully updated with new naming
• Users and teams successfully onboarded to the new naming convention
• Backward compatibility should be maintained where possible
• Comprehensive testing is critical at each stage
