Arrange for caching of results from Wikidata haswbstatement searches

Description

Description

These are the searches composed by findEntitiesByStatements, in fetchObject.js. we should be able to use the framework already provided for request-level local caching; see dereferenceWithCaching.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

  • Fast, reliable caching of results returned from these searches.

Remove all the non-applicable tags from the "Tags" field, leave only the tags of the projects/repositories related to this task
