[Scraper] Frontend change requests

Description

As a user, I want to see only relevant information from other Wikibases to quickly identify relevant instances for me.

Context
After the first iteration of frontend optimization we got feedback from team members and stakeholders in the organization. The incoming feedback addressed informational gaps in the data that is displayed, missing links and data we do not want to include.

AC

  • Display number count in the front of each row, ascending starting at 1
  • Display the categories of each instance in an extra column in the table - as available
  • Display the short description of each instance in the table - as available
  • Modal: display all data points as list underneath each other
  • Modal: disable 'As of' information for all Action API data sets
