Given we just had a security / patch release for core and extensions and we're in the middle of poking MW we would be unwise to not also just pull in these few additional patches now.
Steps:
- generate new tarballs for Wikibase and VisualEditor
- run wikiman
- restore any still required patchUrls
- run sync.sh
