Scope of Work / Tasks:
- Monitor User Activity & Feedback
- Track user activity and performance in the Airflow development environments.
- Gather and review feedback from users regarding functionality, performance, or usability issues
- Issue Management
- Log all user-reported issues in the issue tracker.
- Investigate, prioritize, and resolve reported problems promptly.
- Communicate resolutions and updates back to affected users.
- User Satisfaction Survey
- Develop and distribute a satisfaction survey two weeks post-migration.
- Collect and analyze responses to measure user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow-Up Support Sessions
- Schedule and conduct follow-up sessions with users or teams as needed.
- Provide additional guidance, troubleshooting, or environment optimizations.
