Context:
In the Wikipedia mobile app, users can save articles to read later.
Currently, these reading lists can be sorted by title or date added.

Feature
Add an option to manually reorder articles within a reading list using a drag-and-drop (“press, drag, release”) interaction.

Benefits:

• This would allow users to define their own preferred reading order.
• Improves usability for people using reading lists as thematic or study collections.
• Makes the feature more flexible and intuitive, especially for users accustomed to drag-and-drop organization in other apps.
