Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

With timezone set to UTC:

$t1 = new MWTimestamp('20251025235900');
$t2 = new MWTimestamp('20251027000000');
$lang->getHumanTimestamp($t1, $t2);

What happens?:

"Yesterday at 23:59"

What should have happened instead?:

"Saturday at 23:59"
