[Spike] Can "constructive activation rate" be a metric in xLab metrics catalog?

Description

Even though it's not the indicator of WE 1.1 (Constructive edit rate), constructive [new editor] activation rate is one of the key indicators for Contributors measurement strategy (GDoc) and a primary metric for WE 1.1 experiments such as Revise Tone Suggested Edit A/B test (measurement plan (GDoc))

It is defined as:

A newcomer making their first edit to an article in the main namespace of a Wikipedia projects within 24 hours of registration, and that edit not being reverted within 48 hours of being published.

  • Definitive answer to the question of can we offer it as a metric in the xLab automated analytics metrics catalog (and in the future the GrowthBook metrics catalog)
  • EITHER documentation of why not and what we need to OR implementation and availability of it in the catalog
