This task tracks Riku Silvola’s onboarding process to the Security-Team / Product Safety and Integrity.
- Review all OIT account creations (OIT ldap, office wiki access, Asana, Dayforce, Slack etc.)
- Create a wikitech ldap user
- Register an account in Phabricator (@Rsilvola)
- Associate WMF mediawiki account with Phab user account
- Add 2factor to account via Phabricator login settings
- Have a Phab admin add Phabricator user to: Trusted-Contributors, WMF-NDA, acl*security_secteam and acl*security_team
- Set up an IRC client and add to IRC channels (ask a Security-Team member for assistance)
- Request to be added to security-team@, security-help@ and security@ mailing lists
- Add to ops-l mailing list (optional)
- Get added to the Security Team Google drive
- Request to be added to wmf ldap group (Used Wikimedia IDM at https://idm.wikimedia.org)
- Request deployment & stats private data access (also for dashboards): T411624
- Update mediawiki.org security team page (also remove Sergio, diff)
- Update security.wikimedia.org website (also remove Sergio)
- Create user page on meta (once OIT creates your meta user account) (example: SLopes-WMF) (optional)
- Review officewiki Security Team pages
