Background

When viewing the "Save" button onboarding dialog on an article page, scrolling down the page should not cause the dialog to close. The dialog should remain open and on top of the sticky header and other UI elements, per AC6 of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T406923

  • When onboarding dialog opens for the "save" action on an article page on desktop, scrolling down the page will allow the dialog to remain open, and it will display on top of sticky header and other UI elements

Per discussion with the team, this is actually the expected behavior for scrolling (and the current default Codex behavior). We will update the description in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T406923 to reflect the expected behavior for the test case. This is actually not a task we need to undertake at this time before experiment launch.
