There are IPNs from gravy for these but we have a bug when handling them T421195: Manually captured gravy transaction pending messages already set to resolved before the capture IPN comes in, once we fix that this can be resolved

I think this has been resolved by all the updates to the audit file processing in the settlement work and us settling more frequently.
