As mentioned in T408860, one common problem that hinders collaborative maintenance of configuration files are translation templates for paths for which no translation test has been defined.

This should be largely solved by T408860. However, after addressing this task, there will still be several template paths without corresponding test.

Consider updating result scores in Web2Cit-Server and Web2Cit-Monitor to also show number or percentage of output fields or output paths without corresponding test goals.

Use these data to notify users about paths needing translation tests. Consider using this to also warn them about templates for "/" path (see T337131).
