Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Make a donation, note the time
Navigate to Activity and view the donation section

What happens?:
The time is reported as 6-7 hours ago, even when the donation was made minutes prior

What should have happened instead?:
The time is accurate to device local time

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Tested on OnePlus 8 on Android 13, and Pixel 6 on Android 16.

Looks good on 2.7.50557-r-2025-11-14, on OnePlus 8 on Android 13, and Pixel 6 on Android 16. Tested on all themes.
