Description

This is a major upgrade and has to be done before 26th nov 2025 otherwise the cluster will enter into extended support.

Dev and prod clusters have to be upgraded along with the k8s components upgrade via argocd-apps based on the cluster version compatability

Analyze the upgrade path deprecations and feature removals if any and make the plan to move to the next version
Backup cluster and workload using velero
Upgrade dev cluster and its components
Upgrade production cluster and its components
