Description

This enriches wikidata articles with revert-risk score.

To do

Enhance wmf with wikidata revertrisk
Call revert-risk for all events except delete and visibility-change. Call with a deadline (configured by env variable). Call in parallel with other API calls. Scores are optional. So, we do not send the event to error topic if liftwing call fails.
Enrich article with version.scores.revertrisk
Deploy to dev and prod

Acceptance criteria

Most articles are getting enriched with revertrisk
