We want test if the label service is working as expected in development with the redis instance and service deployments created.

Todo:

• Observe the error rate for timeouts and throttling.
• Verify that labels are enrisheched in the wikidata-updater.
• Decide if batching is required.
• Suggest additional improvements if warranted.

• Event from input topic is being received and fetching data from Wikibase API
