As an Itch.io user, I want to read postmortems on games and game jams, so that I can see how games I'm interested in were made, entertain myself, and possibly learn something.
- This task calls for a blog post about making Bridges and Grid. Would love to hear your thoughts and feelings on making our Itch games: what did it take to create these games? Which parts were easy? Which parts were hard? How did you approach development? Near the beginning (maybe after a cool hook) and at the end of the post, we should include a call-to-action for readers to try out some of the games on our page.
- We could create either, depending on how the blog post is written,
- A technical devlog that focuses on the how: https://itch.io/devlogs/tech-discussion
- A forum devlog: https://itch.io/board/10021/devlogs
- From scrolling, it looks like the technical devlogs have more replies generally, but I want to make sure there's at least some creative freedom here. This task should be pretty lightweight and stress-free. We're including content to take a look at discoverability and seed our page.
- We won't need this until we publish the games we're allowed to host on our Itch page, so feel free to take a bit of time with this.
