[Roblox 2] Investigate CTA

Description

As a user who is engaged with a FA experience such as Wikispeedia or Bridges, I want to be served a convenient pipeline to Wikipedia while I play, so that I can discover and experience Wikipedia.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Investigate whether or not we can bring players out of Roblox from our game. In this case, we'd want to trigger an event to bring players to a YouTube post that funnels players to Wikipedia.
