Steps to replicate the issue:

• Support a wish or focus area
• Edit your support vote

What happens?:
The timestamp after your vote gets updated.

What should have happened instead?:
The timestamp does not get updated, as it should indicate when the user first supported the wish/FA.

Optionally an asterisk or a pencil icon is appended to the comment whose tooltip reveals the last edited date, just like on Reddit, Facebook, Discord, Slack, Stack Overflow/Exchange, etc. If this is too difficult to implement the history of the /Votes page is available anyway so just stop updating the timestamp.
