Use display title in language variant in links

Description

For example, if a page named 博客 has -{T|zh-cn:博客; zh-hk:網誌; zh-my:部落格; zh-tw:部落格;}- and another page has [[博客]] then the link display title should be converted based on the manual title setting at 博客.

See T409621: Store display title in language variant in a page property for reason - at least it is needed in DynamicPageList-generated links, and links in special and category pages.

I don't think it would be very useful due to MOS:DUPLINK.

The usecase I described at T409621 is at Chinese Wikinews, not Wikipedia.
