Per a local discussion, the jawiki community requests that sysops be removed from the list of groups allowed to grant temporary-account-viewer, leaving the permission grantable only by bureaucrats.
On hold until at least 2025-11-17T08:39:41 (UTC) pending the final result of the discussion.

The local discussion can now be considered to have reached a consensus. I can submit a patch myself, but should I perhaps leave that to the T&S team?
(My personal thoughts, I could be wrong!)
In a couple of previous cases (1, 2), it looks like a volunteer's uploaded a patch, & then some Product Safety and Integrity folks have been added as reviewers. So that might also be fine this time if you wanted to submit a patch :)
