As WBS team, we want to identify most relevant upgrade issues of our users to plan next steps to address them.
Context
Throughout the last months we collected upgrade issues through community and user feedback. Now we need to validate what are the most relevant issues that we need to address. This task is part of our quarterly OKRs and needs to be well documented.

- Missing context and details are added by DA
- Known issues are validated through users and/or UX researcher (links to resources are included: research docs, Telegram chats, public discussions, etc.)
- All issues are prioritized
- Top 3 issues are clearly validated and marked
