While researching the parent ticket, I discovered our docs linking to the Wikidata Query Service logstash dashboard were pointing to a dead link.

I did manage to dredge up the old Logstash dashboard, but several of the filters don't work.

Creating this ticket to:

• Fix or remove the filters in error state
• Add more filters based on the available data. I'm not sure the data is available yet, but what I'd like to see is †:
• A list of queries that are causing exceptions (found in /var/log/wdqs/wdqs-blazegraph.log on the wdqs hosts)
  • A list of queries > 60s (found in the Blazegraph workbench)
