@Lars I've been creating additional batch data entry templates for our team:
I would like to add a shortcut to access these in the top toolbar like our current template is:
Could we add these to that shortcut? I couldn't remember how to do this. Also it would be great to have the batch entry names reflected in each so it's clear what each template type is.

@MDemosWMF If you go to Administer > Customize Data & Screens > Navigation Menu, you can edit the menu there.
You can just add each template as a subitem under Batch Data entry with whatever title you want for each one. Maybe you want to rename the parent Batch Data Entry to Imports & Batches or similar and the new - search kit one to something more descriptive.
For the URL, you just need the page you want to link to, minus https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/, so e.g. to link to https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/import/contribution?reset=1&template_id=3494 you just enter civicrm/import/contribution?reset=1&template_id=3494
The rest of the options you can leave as the default.
