User story & summary:
As Growth Program Manager, I want a design for Growth Team swag, so new team members and volunteers can receive team swag.

Background:
Team swag is meant for Growth team members and community members who have helped with Growth team work.

We will use https://www.printful.com/ to print swag. We will place one order and bring items to our yearly offsite to limit shipping costs. Placing the order is NOT part of this task, and will be coordinated by @DMburugu or @KStoller-WMF

Acceptance Criteria:**

Get creative! Feel free to suggest a new team logo, motto, etc. The only hard requirement is: design something you want to wear and you think others (Growth team members and other Wikimedians) will like and want to wear. :)

• Create a Zip-up Hoodie design that incorporates "Wikimedia Foundation" and "Growth Team" language or logos.
• Create a T-shirt design that incorporates "Wikimedia Foundation" and "Growth Team" language or logos.
