Why

this is in my opinion the most common default
saves typing time
helps new poll creators to not put incorrect values here, such as swapping 1, -1, and 0

What

at Special:SecurePoll/create, have the default value of "minimum score" be -1 instead of blank
at Special:SecurePoll/create, have the default value of "maximum score" be 1 instead of blank
at Special:SecurePoll/create, have the default value of "default score" be 0 instead of blank
