As a wikidata editor I want to edit string datatypes that trigger a dropdown on my mobile device so that I can more easily edit Items

Acceptance Criteria

• Activating the edit button opens the edit statements screen for datatypes Tabular data (string) , Geographic shape (string)
• The edit button for these two statements are updated to codex's active state (blue)
• The datatypes can be edited
• The changes can be published
• References can be edited and published using these datatypes
• Qualifiers can be edited and published using these datatypes
• Ranking is functional and can be saved
• Layout of the page matches the figma files linked below

Note
It was decided on T403973 that it would be less complicated to cover the editing functionality of these datatypes across statements, qualifers and references in one ticket.
