The statuses, cancel and possibly end dates for a number of these are inconsistent (some have a cancel date, but are still running with an active status, some are in failing status but should be in failed, etc). We should review these, clean up the bad data and look into why this has happened (if any of these are recent, but it looks like they are mostly older issues from years ago that are still relevant now because the recurrings are still active).
