Description

Background

Currently if you're logged-in, but not a frequent app user, you can get a fairly empty highlights slide.

This task is to add logic to only show this slide when there is content for the user, that they have already seen

Requirements

Only show the highlights slide if a user has 2 or more insights that are not 0 to display. If there are not 2 or more insights to display, do not show the slide at all.
Insights shown on the highlights slide must have already been shown in a slide (Favorite day to read is showing up even if I haven't seen the slide).
