This is the parent task for all efforts to show wish and focus area titles in addition to the page title in the MediaWiki interface.
User story
As someone who is interested in the Wishlist, I want to see the entity titles in my language on change lists, page titles, etc., instead of i.e. Community Wishlist/W123 which is not very informative of the contents. Showing the entity titles would save me from having to open each link to see what the subject matter is.
