Description

When the StickyHeaders A/B test concludes, remove the code that disables the user settings in MobileFrontend (src/mobile.special.mobileoptions.scripts.js).

Requirements

Remove code from MobileFrontend that checks for sticky headers enrollment JS config and disables the mobile option

Acceptance Criteria

StickyHeaders-related code is removed from MobileFrontend
