Add applicable Voice Over improvements for these user stories:

T408587: [L] Activity tab (user story) logged-in readers
T407009: [L] Activity tab (user story): Timeline of articles viewed

Testing Notes

These fixes are in the TestFlight Wikipedia app 7.8.7, starting in build 5893 (this can also be tested in a later build number).

@Tsevener i'm a bit confused, why is one of the tickets crossed out in the task description? is that complete or no longer required?

@SChekfa-WMF I believe that's just because it's been completed/released (the task is 'done') but I'm not certain on that

@SChekfa-WMF I included the logged in user story in this task description because, IMO, it should have been done with that work.

T408587 has the requirements:

Should navigate easily and have understandable accessibility labels for Voice Over

But we didn't receive Voice Over annotations until after this task passed through all the columns. I can take it off of the task description if it's confusing.
