Log window and viewport size for tests to make it easier to debug failures

Description

Today we set the window size, but we should also make sure we log the window and actual viewport size to make it easier to see difference when we run tests with browser built in headless.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Log both window and viewport size at the start of the test
