In principle, we need to be able to handle the global load in 1 VM. While the expected rps is at most a few 100rps, a lot of connections spend a lot of time (several seconds) waiting, so this might exhaust nginx's default connection/fd limits. Therefore, bump the limits and stress test it with a few thousand concurrent connections.
