[MEX] 3.2.2 Removing the last statement for a property does not work as expected

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit the statements for a property
  2. Delete all the values (by clicking all the 'remove' buttons)
  3. The 'Save' button is active, but has no effect

Acceptance Criteria

  • Removing the last value / statement for a property should work - the save button should submit the change and the property should disappear from the main view (same behaviour as on desktop).
