Create support page for Doxing incident category

Requirements

User View

When a user selects the incident category "Exposing private personal information (doxing)" and clicks Continue, the system must open a support page. The support page will contain the following sections:

  • Info header
  • Warning message
  • "What to do next" section
  • "How to request help" section
  • "Can't find what you're looking for" section

Copy

Info header
Mandatory

  • Text: "Exposing private personal information (doxing). The information on this page is intended to help you resolve the incident."

Warning message
Configurable through community config:

  • Text: "Please do not post your request on Wikipedia or any other publicly accessible site."

The warning message should be on by default.

"What to do next"

Mandatory:

  • Text: "If private personal information has been exposed on the wikis, act promptly to have the edit hidden."

Configurable through community config

  • Links: "the edit hidden" link is configurable

"How to request help"
Configurable through community config:

  • Text (at least one option needs to be selected):
    • Email your request using your Wikipedia account
    • Email your concern to [email@domain.com]
    • Try other ways to request help
    • Email your request to stewards-oversight@wikimedia.org, using a regular email address
  • Links:
    • "Email your request" link is configurable
    • Email is configurable
    • "request help" link is configurable

If no option is selected, this section will display the following default text:
" For issues that occur on-wiki it is recommended that you contact an admin or use a community noticeboard for help with urgent and ongoing incidents."

Community Config view

When an admin accesses community configuration, the following will be displayed:

Warning message (optional)

  • Text: "Display a message warning the user not to post their request in public on Wikipedia or any other publicly accessible site"
  • Text: "Turn on warning message"
  • Toggle button

"How to request help"

  • Text: " Add a least one contact method to display to the user"

Contact options

  • "Email your request using a Wikipedia account on Special:EmailUser"
    • Text: "Add the link for the page that the user should go to in order to email"
    • Example text: "e.g. Project:Oversight"
  • "Email your request, using a regular email address"
    • Text: "Add the email address that the user should email"
    • Example text: "e.g. oversight-en-wp@wikipedia.org"
  • Try other ways to request help
    • Text: "Add the link for the page that explains other ways to request help"
    • Example text: "e.g. Project:Oversight"
  • Email your request to Stewards (Global oversight request)
    • Text: "Only use this method if your wiki does not have any users with the "supress user right"
    • Checkbox: "Show instruction to email stewards-oversight@wikimedia.org."
    • Text: "Selecting this option will hide all other contact methods."
