Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

1.Go to the Wish Index page: https://meta.wikimedia.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist/Wishes and/or https://meta.wikimedia.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist

2. Use the Sort by Title (Ascending) option.
3. Scroll through the paginated list.
4. Observe that a specific wish appears on almost every page. (kenyérfajták - iIsh 33)
5. Change sorting to Sort by Title (Descending).
6. Scroll through the list again.
7. Observe that the same wish is missing entirely.

What happens?:

• When sorting ascending, one wish appears on almost every page of results instead of a single time.
• When sorting descending, the same wish does not appear at all.
• Sorting behavior is inconsistent and incorrect for that wish.

What should have happened instead?:

• The wish should appear exactly once in the correct alphabetical position when sorting ascending.
• The wish should appear exactly once in the correct alphabetical position when sorting descending.
• Sorting should behave consistently for all wishes.
