Background goal

As detected in T410614: Conduct usability study: [Mobile] Offer button that enables people to edit an entire article from section editing, some users asked for clear orientation and confirmation on in-progress saves after switching to full-page editing. We need an immediate, non-intrusive cue that they’re now editing the full page and that in-progress edits are preserved.

Possible solutions

Show a Toast after switching to full-page explaining the new mode and that in-progress edits are preserved. The toast could be shown for around 4 seconds and then automatically disappear.

This seems like it'd be actively getting in the way in the case where the user has clicked the bottom button -- covering up the newly-added content.

For the time being, I'm moving this ticket to the backlog.

Reason being, a recent analysis (T415336#11563723) did not reveal any clear signs that people are experiencing this confusion in practice.

See the fact that 96.83% of people in the treatment group who tapped the new Edit full page button went on to publish their edit. This, to me, suggests they are not feeling confused.
