In T410614: Conduct usability study: [Mobile] Offer button that enables people to edit an entire article from section editing we detected that when switching to full-page, some users lost their place since the scroll position shifted and they were moved away from their current section.

This could perhaps take inspiration from T380598 which is supposed to be creating a live-updating TOC in desktop VE. As @bmartinezcalvo mentioned in a meeting, the collapsed TOC that Vector-2022 uses seems like a very mobile-applicable design that we could port over.
