Description

wgGEUseMetricsPlatformExtension controls whether experiments are controlled by GrowthExperiments' own logic, or by MetricsPlatform. Given we do not run a custom experiment at this point, it seems to make sense to turn wgGEUseMetricsPlatformExtension to true by default on all Wikimedia wikis.
