Description
In order to manage the rollout of the revert risk filters, we're splitting the wikis identified in P84306 into batches. The wikis have been batched by their edit counts to ensure that we begin with wikis that have fewer edit counts and work our way up to those with higher monthly edit counts where the script is bound to take longer.

Acceptance Criteria

• ORES tables are created
• Extension is turned on at those wikis
• Backfill scripts are ran for all wikis in the batch without breaking.
• Verify that the revert risk scores are populated successfully in those wikis.
• Reach out to movement comms and get a go ahead before deploying to this batch.
