Context

Each instance manager may have accepted a different version of the Terms of Use, depending on when their account was created or when the ToU were last updated (T401165).
While the link in the footer of the platform will point platform users to the currently active version of the ToU (T407632), a link in the footer of each wiki should point to the version of ToU that governs that wiki.

User Stories

As an instance manager,
I want the ToU version I previously accepted to be clearly visible in my wiki’s footer,
So that my contributors and readers know which legal framework governs the instance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each wiki footer displays a Terms of Use link.
• The link leads to the exact ToU version that the instance manager last accepted.
