For example, I'm often checking recent video uploads using this feed. The number of new video uploads per day are usually quite low so one can check them all to spot problematic videos to tag for deletion and to categorize videos. Cat-a-lot would help a lot with that by enabling setting various metadata categories on files as well as adding categories on the same page if one has glanced over (watched) the video content on that page without going to the video file description page.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

Unlike many other issues, it's not super important but it would be useful and I think adoption would increase steadily after this gets implemented and maybe it's not super complex to enable this.
